If the item is unavailable for a long period of time or has been discontinued by the artist, we’ll contact you within 3 days of your original order and give you the option of waiting for the item or choosing something else instead.

In order to be fair, in a case like this, we do not process payment until we’ve heard back from you. If you decide you want to cancel your order – we will honor you wishes, cancel the order and not charge you – of course. We appreciate your understanding and hope to be able to provide you with exactly what you’re looking for next time.

Ordering a custom-made item?

At Menorah Jewelry & Judaica we’re always happy to create custom-made orders for our clientele. We do it with the greatest of pleasure so that you – the customer – can have the jewelry you’ve always dreamed of.

We have been creating the most beautiful and special jewelry for thousands of satisfied customers from all over the world for 30 years.

In addition to what has been explained so far, sometimes custom-made designs include extra expenses that you – the customer – will never hear about. This is because it is not our policy to charge the customer extra for such expenses (cost of a jewelry mold, for example, and other changing expenses depending on the ordered item).

We wish to emphasize that a general idea for a piece of jewelry relayed to us either orally or verbally by email, fax, or other form of communication – is considered just that: a general idea or impression of something that might, or might not, be created at some future time.

There are many generic ideas for jewelry in the marketplace today and we cannot, and will not, create custom-orders on the assumption that a mere idea or notion is grounds for copyright. On the contrary, the actual creation of a three dimensional piece of jewelry by our artists is grounds for copyright, along with Menorah Jewelry & Judaica’s input on different parameters of the said item (length, width, thickness, base-material, finish, and other jewelry-making parameters we see fit, according to our expert opinion of over 60 years.)

However, due to different lighting, coloring, and capabilities of your computer screen, there may be cases where the actual item you receive is not an exact copy of the displayed picture on the website.

For example, ancient additions to jewelry such as ancient coins or roman glass – while being 100% authentic and chosen carefully by expert to ensure the finest quality – may differ in hue or detail from piece to piece because of climatic conditions, how long the element was buried underground before excavated etc.

We do our very best to be accurate but sometimes mistakes happen. We apologize in advance if you find any mistakes in color, dimensions, or details. If you come across such a mistake, we will make sure to rectify it to your satisfaction. We appreciate your understanding.
